Can I try before I buy?
Our Trial plan is $5/mo for a 3-month trial period with 2 apps and 25 users. Enough to build, test, and validate. It ships the complete product, with every feature on from day one.
What happens after the 3-month Trial?
You select the plan that matches your usage, whether Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise. Everything you built during the Trial (memories, knowledge graph, deep memory profiles) carries over untouched. There's no feature downgrade. Every plan ships the full product, just like the Trial.
What counts as a user?
A user is any authenticated person your app identifies and remembers across interactions. Anonymous or one-time visitors don't count against your limit.
What counts as a "memory"?
A memory is a single stored item in a user's isolated context, typically one saved conversation turn, note, or extracted fact. Entities and relationships in the Knowledge Graph are derived from memories and don't count separately against your limit.
Do conversations and memories reset?
Conversations reset at the start of each billing month. Memories stored are cumulative and never reset. Your app keeps everything it has learned about each user permanently. With normal usage, your total memories limit is designed to last several years before needing an upgrade.
What happens at my limit?
We notify you at 80% usage. You'll never experience a hard cutoff on a live integration. We'll work with you to move to the right plan before that ever becomes an issue.
Do higher tiers unlock extra features?
No. Every feature is included at every tier. Knowledge Graph, Deep Memory, 3-layer search, the dashboard, CSV/JSON pre-load, the SDK, file upload, GDPR erasure, and full API access are all on from day one. The only things that scale between plans are apps, users, conversations, and stored memories.
What if I outgrow Pro?
Pro covers 250 users and 250,000 stored memories across 15 apps. If you need more users, more apps, a custom security review, a dedicated support channel, or an SLA, talk to us about Enterprise.
